Avmelding må registreres innen 4 dager før matchdato (02.12.19) for å få refundert match-fee. Avmelding senere enn 4 dager (02.12.19) resulterer i at skytter mister plassen og ikke får refundert innbetalt avgift. Skyttere på venteliste må gi beskjed innen 2 dager før match (04.12.19) om de ønsker å overta eventuelle ledige plasser og betale snarest for registrering før match. Har man ikke VIPPS, send mail og meld at en betaler kontant på stevnedagen - en blir da Approved - samme regler for match-fee som over.
