Competitors on waiting list will receive status ”pending” once the registration fee is paid. One week after start of registration competitors from arranging clubs who have paid will be given status ”Approved”. When all competitors from arranging clubs who have paid are approved, competitors from other clubs will be given the status approved on a first come first serve basis. Registration fee will be refunded up to a week before the match. If a competitor is pending and don't get a slot in the match the registration fee will be refunded. However, if the competitor is given the status approved the refund is only valid up to one week before the match. A competitor with status pending can at any time request a refund. If a refund is requested the competitor will get status ”rejected”
