Procedure: On audible start signal, engage targets from a seated position. Note a compulsory reload must be carried out after your first shot and before your last shot.
Starting position: Seated on chair, gun held in two hands resting across thighs. Chair may face either way.
Firearm ready condition: Loaded Option 1
Start on: Audible signal
Stop on: Last shot
Penalties: As per current edition of rules
Safety angles: 90/90/90 or local MAR
