Install the SSI App

The SSI app is a Progressive Web App (PWA) which means it is a website that looks and behaves like an app. The app is designed to work on any browser and device, and can be installed on your device for easy access. You will get anapp icon on your home screen that you can tap to launch the app etc.

Here’s how you can install the SSI app on your device:

Installing on iOS/Apple

1. Open the Safari web browser on your iOS device.
2. Open the SSI website at https://shootnscoreit.com
3. Once the website loads, tap the Share button at the bottom center of the screen. It resembles a square with an arrow pointing upwards.
4. In the Share menu, locate the “Add to Home Screen” option. Tap on it.
5. You will be prompted to customize the name of the app and, in some cases, the app’s icon.
6. Tap the “Add” button in the screen’s upper-right corner.
7. The SSI app will now be added to your home screen as an icon.
8. You can launch the SSI app by tapping its icon like any other app on your device.

Installing on Android

1. Open the Google Chrome browser on your Android device.
2. Open the SSI website at https://shootnscoreit.com
3. Once the website loads, tap the menu button (usually represented by three vertical dots) located in the top right corner of the browser.
4. In the menu, scroll down and look for the “Add to Home screen” option. Tap on it.
5. A pop-up window will appear, displaying the SSI name and icon.
6. Tap the “Add” button or “Add to Home screen” to confirm.
7. The SSI app will now be added to your home screen as an icon.
8. You can launch the SSI app by tapping its icon like any other app on your device.

Troubleshooting

• Problems with push notifications: If you’re not receiving push notifications from a PWA, ensure notifications are enabled in the app’s settings and on your device.
• PWA not loading or functioning correctly: If a PWA is not loading or functioning properly, try clearing the app’s cache and data or reinstalling the app.
